Who is Sturm Enrich?
I am a Survivor, Thinker, Author, Speaker, and avid Holist / Humanist. I’m an ex-journalist, voracious reader, and world traveler. I write on numerous topics ranging from maturing, human rights, inspiration, and grief to love. My passions are ethics, personal development, ecology, and holistic health.

My website GreenSelfCare.com is about holistic health, DIY natural healthcare, and how to slow down aging naturally. (Today, healthcare is an industry. In some cases, the independence of an “industry” is a blessing.)
My website SelfMadeYou.com is all about self-empowerment. (In a world that’s constantly trying to remake us, keep us chasing illusory dreams, and prevent us from self-reflection, self-empowerment is essential to sanity.)
